Your Biggest Limiter is Tension & Control
You’re close…
but you lose it right when it matters.
Based on your quiz results
You’ve probably experienced this:
Your feet cut right when you commit
Your body swings mid-move
You lose control on harder sequences
So even when you initiate the move…
you can’t stay connected through it.
What’s Actually Going On
You can generate movement—but you can’t control it.
Without tension, your body disconnects from the wall, and energy leaks out of every move.
That turns controlled movement into chaotic movement.
Quick Fix (3 Steps)
As you initiate a move, focus on your primary foot - the foot on the same side as the hand you’re moving.
Apply active pressure on that foot throughout the move.
Keep pressing down on that foot until the hand has settled on the target hold.
The Real Shift
Climbing isn’t just about moving.
👉 It’s about controlling movement.
But Here’s the Key
Fixing tension alone won’t fully solve this.
Because control depends on:
Foot placement
Body positioning
Movement timing
Everything works together.
The Solution
Inside my system, you’ll learn how to:

Stay connected on the wall
Control movement instead of fighting it
