Your Biggest Limiter is: Footwork

You’re strong enough to climb harder…
but your feet are quietly holding you back.

You’ve probably experienced this:

  • Your feet slip or feel unstable

  • You constantly readjust

  • Your arms get pumped quickly

So you end up overusing your upper body and wasting energy.

What’s Actually Going On

Your feet aren’t doing enough of the work.

That forces your arms to compensate—making every move harder than it needs to be.

Quick Fix (3 Steps)

  1. Understand which foot placement - inside edge, toe, or outside edge is required for the move.

  2. Take an extra 2 seconds to place your feet quietly and precisely.

  3. Keep your eyes on your foot until it is completed placed and you have applied pressure.

The Real Shift

The best climbers don’t pull harder.

They stand better.

But Here’s the Key

Footwork alone isn’t enough.
To truly improve, you need to develop:

  • Body positioning

  • Tension

  • Strategy and tactics

All working together.

The Solution

Inside my system, you’ll learn how to:

  • Use your feet efficiently

  • Reduce strain on your arms

  • Climb with more control and less effort
